Após dissolvido, bata no liqüidificador por mais ou menos 10 min. até espumar. Misture o leite condensado, o creme de leite e bata por mais 3 min. aproximadamente. Umedeça uma forma com buraco no meio com água gelada. Despeje a mistura na forma e leve à geladeira por mais ou menos 6 horas ou até endurecer. Despeje alternamente as 2 massas em uma forma untada. Leve para assar em forno médio e preaquecido até que enfiando um palito ele saia limpo (cerca de 40 minutos). Aqueça o óleo na panela de pressão e frite os pedaços de frango até ficarem bem dourados. Junte a cebola e frite mais um pouco. Acrescente a água, feche a panela e cozinhe por 30 minutos. Resfrie e abra a panela.
